FLC offers DFB stabilized laser diodes in the wavelength range from 760nm to 3640nm. They are either available in an industry standard hermetically sealed 14 pin butterfly package with TEC and PD or in a TO39 can with TEC and Thermistor. The fiber-coupled versions are offered with either SM or PM fiber.

Additional available are FBG stabilized laser diodes in the wavelength range from 633nm to 1572nm. They are packaged in a 14-pin standard butterfly with monitor photodiode and thermo-electric cooler (TEC). Built-in Mini PZT to adjust the single frequency continuously over a tuning range of up to 1.2nm is available for plenty different wavelengths.
